Day 10 - Leaving Venice....these are my last views of Venice taken from my water taxi ride to the airport! :( Ciao Venice!!!

Day 8 (continued)....after visiting St. Mark's Basilica we journeyed over to the island of Murano and the Burano.....our waiter at the hotel, Stephano, was from the island of Burano and he sang every morning as he waited tables - now I know why he was so happy :)

Day 8....Venice....we started the day at St. Mark's square and ended the day in St. Mark's square...spectacular!

Day 7 - A day spent wandering all over Venice, shopping, eating gelato, and doing nothing (sigh)....St. Mark's square in the early morning with very little tourists....this square was full by the next hour!

Day 6 - Venice...Welcome to The Hotel Flora and the Garden....it was our sanctuary after all the hard work and stress!

Day 5 - Corfu, Greece....the waters off of Corfu are green....we visited Old Fort and Mouse Island...
